Ken Luttrell, an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation, has dedicated a lifetime to working with at-risk youth to prevent drug abuse and gang violence. His service to the community and his commitment to Oklahoma’s future were endorsed by the voters of Oklahoma House District 37, where he was elected representative in 2006. A member of advisory boards for the Salvation Army, the Boys and Girls Club, and Ponca City High School, Rep. Luttrell’s commitment to youth and to the community have been recognized by Oklahoma governors of both parties and by former President Clinton. Representative Luttrell, a veteran of the U.S. Army, works with young people as a boxing coach and has worked in retail sales and management for more than two decades. Married to his wife Brenda for twenty years, they have two daughters, Shannon and Lauren.
