We have recruited, trained, and supported 28 Indian candidates from 21 tribes in 12 states in 2006 & 2007, and helped elect 22 Indians to state legislatures and local offices across the country – a 79% win record!

We gave these Democratic Indian candidates, and many others through our trainings, the resources and knowledge needed to run professional and winning campaigns.  Now they are acting effectively on behalf of Indian Country and Progressive causes that will strengthen communities for all Americans.
